BBQ Ka-Sugar-Bobs

Ingredients:
Wooden or metal kabob skewers
Smoked Maple BBQ Sauce
Chicken
Zucchini
Red and Green Bell Peppers
Red Onions
Baby Red Potatoes 
Corn on the Cob
Fresh Pineapple (or canned pineapple chunks)


Instructions:
  1. Cut the chicken into 1” cubes and marinate it with BBQ while prepping the other ingredients.
  2. Chop up the zucchini into cubes and slice the red and green peppers and onions into roughly 1” shapes. In a separate container, marinate the veggies in BBQ sauce as well.
  3. Cut the Baby Red Potatoes in half and parboil, just until they’re starting to get tender, 10-15 minutes.
  4. Slice up the Corn on the Cob into 1” thick slices and parboil these too, maybe 5-10 minutes.
  5. Chop up the pineapple into chunks (or open the can).
  6. Now the fun part: Assemble your Ka-Sugar-Bobs!
  7. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked, turning them once.
  8. Enjoy! 

Grilling Tip: If using wooden skewers, fill a sheet pan with some water and soak your skewers while prepping the veggies. You don’t want the wood to catch fire in the grill!
